Short but sweet. Both this post and the oysters I enjoyed recently.

Oysters is one of the categories for my blog. I was so happy to be able to enjoy some recently!

1. They were from Alaska.
2. Cold water oysters are my favorite.
3. These did not disappoint.
4. Small, but crisp brininess.
5. We also enjoyed trout from Idaho and halibut from Alaska.
6. Life is good.
7. Even during the pandemic.
8. An enjoyable way to acknowledge Rosh Hashonah.
9. And start the new year.
   1. (yes, oysters are not kosher)
   2. (But neither am I )
